Recent Water Damage & Mold Projects in San Diego
Real water damage and mold remediation projects our IICRC-certified team completed across San Diego — from condo ceiling leaks in Scripps Ranch and University City to hidden mold in Mira Mesa and Mission Hills. Each case study shows what caused the damage, how we traced the moisture with meters and thermal imaging, and how we dried, cleaned and rebuilt to IICRC S500 and S520 standards.

Water Damage & Mold Questions From San Diego Homeowners
How long does water damage restoration take in San Diego?
Drying a small leak caught early often takes 3–5 days. When water reaches ceilings, insulation or more than one unit, drying with demolition and daily monitoring can take one to two weeks, as in our Scripps Ranch condo project. Repairs start once the materials read dry.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document every loss from the first visit with photos, moisture readings and daily drying logs, and work with your adjuster so the claim has what it needs.
Who tests the mold after remediation?
Not us. An independent third-party lab runs clearance testing, so the result isn't graded by the company that did the work. If spores are still elevated, the area is cleaned again and re-tested before the rebuild.
What standards do you follow?
Water damage work follows IICRC S500 and mold remediation follows IICRC S520, the industry standards insurers and adjusters expect.
What areas do you serve?
We respond 24/7 across San Diego County, from Oceanside and Escondido to Chula Vista and El Cajon. See all our service areas.
